How it's priced

Lawn visits are usually priced per visit by lot size. We can often measure your lawn from aerial photos and price it the same day; the quote says it's an aerial estimate, and the crew confirms it on the first visit.

You're billed only after the photos are in and the work passes our check.

When in West Texas

Lubbock's watering rules run April 1 to September 30 with assigned days and hours. Mowing plans can be set to your season, like April through October, so you're not paying for winter visits.

Questions people ask

Can you price my lawn without coming out?

Often, yes. We measure the lawn from recent aerial photos and quote from that. The crew confirms the measurement on the first visit.

Do you set sprinklers to the city's watering days?

We book a TCEQ-licensed irrigator for that, and they bill you directly, because Texas requires a license to sell, service or adjust irrigation systems.

Can I pause in winter?

Yes. Seasonal plans only schedule visits in the months you pick.
