When the work legally needs a license, we book a Texas-licensed company for you. That company quotes, does the work and bills you directly under its own license. We schedule it and keep the photos with the rest of your property's records.

How it's priced
The licensed company sets its own price, usually per call plus parts, or per visit for tune-ups and pest service. You approve its quote first.
The licensed company bills you directly, with its license number on the quote and invoice.
When in West Texas
HVAC tune-ups are best before summer and before winter. Pest service is busiest spring through fall. Backflow tests are yearly for commercial properties.

How do you make sure they're licensed?
Licensed work is locked to providers whose license is on file, with the license number and expiry date. An expired license blocks the work automatically.
Do licensed jobs get photos too?
Yes. Same check-in and before-and-after photos as every other job.
Who do I pay for licensed work?
The licensed company, directly. Texas requires the license holder to contract and bill for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, irrigation and pest work, so Plains Ready does not resell it.
Can I keep my own HVAC company?
Yes. Plains Ready can coordinate other work around them.
